A roomy 11-passenger car
With an opening width of 1,000 mm and depth of 1,830 mm, the car has a roomy riding capacity for up to 11 passengers.
The car is large enough to be comfortably used by wheelchair users as well as general users.
Security mirror mounted
For personal safety, a rear view mirror is mounted at the upper right of the car door.
Voice guidance for the visually impaired
Automatic voice guidance is made for the benefit of the visually impaired, for example; elevator travel direction, floor number of next stop, message in case of emergency, etc.
Electronic displays for the hearing impaired
Automatic guidance is shown on the electronic displays at the top of the car operating board and at the top of the entrance for the benefit of the hearing impaired. This will inform them whether the front or rear door will open.
Through car (with two entrance on opposite sides)
The car is provided with two entrances: front and rear doors. Wheelchair users can readily get in and out of the car without making a U-turn. Furthermore, the two-entrance model with front and side doors is optionally available according to the traffic line of the railway station building.
Handrails standard
Considering the use by the elderly and wheelchair users, the car is provided with handrails as a standard feature, on both side wall panels.
Car Oprating Board : Tactile Buttons
Tactile buttons with embossed characters or marks are used for floor destination buttons, door open and close buttons, and the alarm button to help the visually challenged. Braille-illiterate visually-challenged passengers can also identify the buttons by touch.
* The embossed part on the illuminating button is orange when the button is on, and blue when it is off.
