Interface for the New Gold Maintenance System

The RAKUL is equipped with an interface that offers remote maintenance and monitoring of the elevator 24 hours a day, 365 days a year while video images, sounds and data are transmitted in real time over an ISDN circuit line.
* To activate "New Gold Maintenance" features, a New Gold Maintenance Agreement needs to be separately concluded. An ISDN circuit is also necessary.

WAVIC-S (Earthquake Emergency Operation)

In the event of an earthquake, a seismic sensor will detect seismic waves and will direct the elevator to immediately stop at the nearest floor and open the doors.

Attentive Voice Announcement System

In the event the car is fully loaded or a disaster has occurred, an appropriate announcement will be made in a clear voice to the elevator passengers.

LANDIC (Emergency Landing Device)

In the event the elevator stops between floors due to an unexpected power failure, the emergency in-car light turns on and the car is immediately operated on a compact battery and brought to the nearest floor. The doors are then opened.
* The device will be installed in buildings without an automatic standby power supply.

Fire Operattion

In the event of a fire, the elevator is automatically sent non-stop to an escape floor and is shut down.

Wheelchair User Compatible Design

The elevator is equipped with a car operating board on side walls, photo-electric device, handrail, mirror, and other wheelchair friendly functions.

Visually-Challenged Compatible Design

The elevator is equipped with tactile buttons that identify the button through fingertip touch, voice announcement, and other features.

Timer Controlled Operation

The elevator can be made to run or shut down automatically on a predetermined time schedule. This is effective for security and energy saving purposes, and, also eliminates elevator "in and out of service" manual handling.

Door Opening Annoucements

Electronic displays are provided at four positions in the car for the hearing impaired.
