The "New Gold Maintenance System" offers remote maintenance and monitoring of elevators while video images, sounds and data are transmitted in real time over the ISDN circuit line, a first in the industry. By installing a compact camera within the elevator, the condition of the elevator can be monitored. This makes it possible for us to take accurate and speedy corrective actions in the case of an unexpected elevator failure. The Monitoring Center will promote preventative maintenance by remote monitoring of the elevator operating status around the clock throughout the year.
